Manor Farm Estates Stroud Surveys is a subsidiary company within the MFE Group which deals with house building surveys for buyers of residential property.

The company is a family concern with many years of experience of surveys, particularly in the areas around Stroud. This includes Minchinhampton, Nailsworth, Woodchester, Stonehouse and Painswick.  Local knowledge is seen as particularly important in this area given the variety across Stroud’s Five Valleys and Vale. Surveys are undertaken by the Principal and owner of the business (Bryn Howells) accompanied by his son Sebastian. Bryn is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer – MRICS Reg. Val – of over 40 years standing, whilst Seb is a student of building, planning and law.
