The survey is a bespoke, company-produced Building Survey which is sometimes referred to as Level 3. It is a discursive, detailed survey with explanatory photographs and practical suggestions concerning works required and commentary on the building and its construction features. Any major defects found will be reported and advised upon and we will have a further opportunity to discuss matters on the telephone after you have had the opportunity to read the report. Local contractors are also referenced for future use as required. The survey is not a valuation, or a mortgage inspection-type report, or a Home Buyers survey. It is a custom report, unique to the property, provided for your information and tailored to your needs.
